Our vision is to establish a highly competitive and effective coaching business that will be the number one choice for both corporate and government organizations in Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West Provinces of South Africa.
Our mission is to provide affordable professional and highly effective personal training and coaching services to a wide range of clients that cuts across different divides.
Our overall business goal is to position ZebCoach Services and Projects to become one of the leading life coaching and motivational speaking brand in South African industry.
COMPANY OBJECTIVES
- Stimulating inter-Africa trade investment collaboration;
- Entering into partnership agreements to invest in packaging and processing/manufacturing in the industrial clusters of African countries as directed by authorities;
- Providing training for untapped agricultural endowment as requested by authorities;
- Providing engineering, road and building construction work; and

MR STEVE MASHALANE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr Steve Mashalane brought a wealth of experience and professionalism in the management of AFRIDRCSA which he accumulated from various Government Departments and the Private Sector. The palpable evidence could be presented as follows: 1987-1994 Business Financing Analyst in the Department of Economic Development, 1995 Chief Director Trade and Industry, 2001 Deputy Director General Department of Trade and Industry, 2004-2016 Director and Chief Executive of ARMCoal and ARMPlatinum; 2017; Chairman of Matoko Consulting and currently Managing Director of AFRIDRCSA. As the engine of our company we pride ourselves to have him for any strategic decisions and direction to drive the company.
MR PATRICK KITWA TSHIBANGU
DIRECTOR MARKETING AND OPERATIONS
Mr Patrick Tshibangu is a Congolese national who is currently a resident businessman in South Africa. He brought an impeccable developmental skills to promote sustainable inter-continental trade and investment. He is an asset to the company due to the techniques and methodologies of dealing with diversity, people skills, teamwork and branding issues. Growing up in the DRC Mr Tshibangu gained good skills in negotiations and understanding the mining and minerals trading environment. His contributions in interpreting various languages spoken in the African continent is invaluable.
DR MATLALA HELEN DUBE
DIRECTOR FINANCE AND RESOURCES
Dr Dube holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Rural Development and Agricultural Economics from the University of Venda in South Africa. She worked at various management positions in the Private Sector and Higher Education institutions of South Africa. She is currently appointed at a strategic level as the Deputy Registrar of the Vaal University of Technology. She is a founder of Embracing Hands Foundation and Managing Director of ZebCoach Projects that focuses on tapping into the cosmologies and ontologies of NGOs, women groups and youth organisations by using methodologies and techniques that are developmental to empower them for entrepreneurship. Throughout her illustrious career, Dr Dube has been working with governments at both local and national level to assist them to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the year 2030 as identified by the United Nations (UN) member states in 2015. With her Banking Sector experience, Dr Dube is a Financial Management Administrator par excellence of AFRIDRCISA who is also a board member of a number of various organizations in South Africa.
